Jimson is a research consultant and academician. He has participated in various research methodology training programmes and consulted in academic research projects. He is the Executive director of ASCENT, an NGO working towards mental health awareness, training, advocacy and research. He is presently doing B. Ed. in Special Education at St. John the Baptist’s College of Special Education, Nedumkunnam, Kottayam. He has been active in the academic field for over 7 years. He completed an MPhil in Psychology from the Department of Psychology, Periyar University, Salem and a PG in Psychology from the Department of Psychology, Central University of Karnataka.
